All properties listed for sale by the City of El Paso are subject to the following conditions:

• City Council Approval: No sale is final until formally approved by the El Paso City Council.

• Minimum Listing Period: In accordance with Texas Local Government Code § 253.014, all properties must be publicly listed for a minimum of 30 days prior to final sale.

• Fair Market Value: Properties cannot be sold below fair market value as determined by an appraisal or market analysis in compliance with applicable laws and City policy.

The City of El Paso reserves the right to withdraw or modify property listings at any time and for any reason prior to the execution of a sale agreement. All transactions are subject to applicable local, state, and federal laws.
